It's not a chain, it's doesn't have a big touristy reputation, it's just great old-fashioned Chicago pizza. For thin crust I like Calo's on the North Side in Andersonville. The restaurant itself isn't very good and their other pizzas aren't great but their super-thin crust is excellent. For stuffed pizza I like Giordano's or Nancy's.
